Our Story
Rooted in the valley,
baked with intention
Whistle Bake Shop started with a simple conviction: the best bread doesn't need a fancy name. It needs good flour, a patient starter, and someone willing to show up at 4 a.m.
We opened our doors on Main Street in Polson with one oven, a hand-written menu, and a standing invitation for anyone to pull up a chair. Twelve years later, that invitation still stands.
Every loaf, tart, and cup of coffee is made right here. We source local dairy and work with Montana mills whenever we can. If it's on the board today, it was here yesterday—mixed, shaped, baked, and cooled with care.
